Heavy Duty Cleaning Manager

The Heavy Duty Cleaning Manager is responsible for leading the heavy-duty cleaning division, training new staff members, and overseeing daily operations. This includes providing excellent customer service, meeting with clients to provide quotes and ensure satisfaction, and maintaining good communication with other departments and management team. The role also involves performing small maintenance tasks, ordering equipment and products with director's approval, and performing any other duties as required.
