Lead a critical function in delivering timely financial statements, quarterly NAV reporting, and related client reporting. Ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory deadlines across Guernsey and UK Corporation Tax, VAT, FATCA, CRS, and Economic Substance requirements. Develop and manage accounting teams, set KPIs, and drive performance improvements through process enhancement and governance.
