Company Secretary, Financial Services - Guernsey

Leading a team is not required for this role. The successful candidate should have excellent management skills, corporate governance knowledge, and experience in leadership roles. A professional qualification such as ICSA/CGI diploma is expected. Knowledge of Guernsey Company Law, Data Protection Law 2017, and other related laws and regulations are necessary.
