A global private bank are seeking to appoint an Executive Mortgage Manager to head up their Private Client Lending Team. Your role would include:-
- Develop & manage the Executive Mortgage product;
- Proactively work with colleagues to promote the bank’s mortgage lending capability to existing & target clients;
- Management of existing mortgage lending transactions and relationships;
- Oversee the drafting of relevant Facility Letters and documentation;
- Deal with day-to-day client queries.
In order to apply for this role you should have good knowledge of the Guernsey property market and experience of the high net worth sector in the island, have knowledge of lending procedures including credit and draw-down related matters, have the ability to learn quickly and react to client requirements within the policies of the bank, be a team player with the ability to build relationships both externally and internally, and have the potential and desire to develop within the business.
