Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Fiduciary Officer.
Key responsibilities will include;
•Administration of a complex portfolio of Trusts (discretionary, remuneration, pension, reserved powers), Companies, PCC cells, QNUPS, International Pension Plans etc;
•Assisting other members of the fiduciary team with heavy workloads;
•Liaising with the Assistant Fiduciary Manager, Senior Fiduciary Manager and Directors in respect of client/intermediary queries;
•Responding to clients/intermediaries within an acceptable timeframe;
•Providing a good, accurate and professional service to clients and intermediaries;
•Liaising with investment brokers, bankers, property managers, bond issuers etc;
The successful candidate will have:
•5 years’ experience in a Trust and Company administration role preferable
•Hold a professional qualification (e.g.: STEP) or qualified by experience
•Good level of understanding of AML legislation and its application to a fiduciary client base
