Our client, a global quality leader in the trust and corporate services sector, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Manager.

Responsibilities
Act as Money Laundering Compliance Officer and the Nominated Officer to MLRO.
Liaise with the Board with regards to implementation and maintenance of AML-CFT policies, procedure and process.
Undertake an on-going monitoring programme of testing to ensure staff adherence to AML/CFT policies, procedures and processes and onward reporting to the Board. Assist with Risk Committee administration.
Conduct AML/CFT Training where appropriate.
Act as an advisory member of the local Acceptance Committee.
Liaise with regards to third party Introducer testing.
Assist with regulatory notifications, reporting and returns.
Offer support with group management reporting and local management reporting.
Undertake complaints and breaches administration.
Manage the Thematic Compliance monitoring Programme and assist with establishing annual and adhoc testing and reporting.
Assist with preparation of reports to internal committees.
Prepare compliance reports to client entity Boards.
Provide support with designing and preparing the company licensee Business Risk Assessments (AML-CFT).
Assist with risk reporting.
Offer support with company risk self-assessments.
Assist with maintenance of compliance and risk registers.
Provide advice to the business on compliance and risk matters.
Assist with the development/training of compliance team members.
Undertake any ad hoc duties as needed.
Skills / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in compliance with a professional related qualification. Applicants will have an excellent working knowledge of regulations and the GFSC Handbook, along with strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail and accuracy. They will have proven management experience with good technical knowledge of related compliance issues. The successful candidate will have the ability to interact with all levels of personnel, multi-task and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
