Legal Counsel

The purpose of this position is to provide legal advice across a spectrum of regulatory and corporate matters in each of the jurisdictions in which our client operates, with a primary focus on the UK and the Channel Islands. The post will require sound technical knowledge of corporate and regulatory matters, have experience in preparing and negotiating various contracts, as well as an adaptable nature to address questions of a regulatory, HR, IP/IT and general commercial nature in multiple jurisdictions.
