A leading financial and fiduciary services business registered and regulated in Guernsey is seeking a Trust & Company Administrator to join a busy private clients team.
This role will cover all manner of general trust administration duties, to include bookkeeping, statutory work (minutes, agreements, Trust Instruments, as required), liaison with clients, intermediaries and other institutions, making payments, distributions, invoices, investments etc, assisting in the purchase and sale of a wide range of investments and assets and updating client CDD.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in a Trust & Company administration role and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates who have embarked upon their STEP/ICSA study would be preferred, however candidates with a willingness to study who also hold no less than 5 GCSE’s (including Maths and English at Grade C or above) will also be considered.
