On behalf of our client, a leading global provider of multi-jurisdictional fund, fiduciary, corporate secretarial and compliance services, we’re seeking an ambitious candidate with a desire to further their career within the company secretarial sector. Reporting to the Senior Corporate Services Manager and working closely with the Risk & Compliance team, the successful candidate will attend and take/circulate minutes at Board and other committee meetings, assist with the take on of new corporate and fiduciary clients, maintain books and statutory records and prepare agendas and board packs for client meetings. Applicants should have 3-5 years’ financial services experience, together with a desire to work towards a professional qualification (ICSA/STEP).
