Working as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary, you will provide efficient reception, administrative and secretarial support services. You will be responsible for replying to routine matters, preparing letters, ensuring case notes, reports and correspondence are filed and maintained available for appointments and meetings, process and deal with team correspondence and act as a point of liaison between the team, assist in the preparation of statistical information and various other ad-hoc administration and secretarial duties. The ideal candidate should have a high degree of confidentiality, good inter-personal and communication skills and be able to work under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and Patients Administration System would be an advantage.
