Our client is looking for an Assistant Technical Support Officer on a temporary basis to provide key support to their department. Reporting to the Technical Support Officer, you will be responsible for helping manage enquiries from the general public and professional bodies, acting as the main point of contact for readily accessible information.
The ideal candidate must be IT competent and possess a minimum of five GCSE’s or relevant experience.
