Working as a Membership Services Officer, you will be responsible for promoting, selling and administering the memberships and related services, effectively advising and encouraging customers to develop healthy lifestyle changes while offering a high level of customer service.
You will ensure details are appropriately checked and accurately recorded into the relevant systems, complying with the policy requirements. You will process payments, customer credits and refunds and ensure terms and conditions of memberships and well communicated.
Ideal candidate should be educated to a good standard, be strongly fluent in English with good computer literacy skills and ability to use Microsoft programs.
