Compliance Officer / Manager

An independent, locally owned wealth structuring and administration business is seeking a Compliance Officer / Manager to strengthen its team, specialising in regulatory compliance of Fund Service Business. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the individual will conduct compliance monitoring activity and act as advisor to the business and clients on various regulatory matters. The role holder will hold named roles of MLRO, MLCO and CO for the Company and its clients. The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in the offshore funds industry and excellent leadership and supervisory skills. In addition, they will hold relevant compliance qualifications and have significant experience in Guernsey, including demonstrable practical knowledge and understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
