Risk and Performance Lead

Jersey’s largest landlord who provide excellent and affordable homes and highlight valued landlord services is seeking a Risk and Performance Lead to hold accountability for the development and co-ordination of the system of internal control. Reporting to the Head of Internal Control, the role holder will primarily compile internal performance reporting to identify operational trends and risk indicators as part of the risk management process to inform better business decision making. This will include mapping of key controls to risks within the corporate risk register and preparing quarterly/ad hoc performance reporting. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within an accounting, audit, or internal control environment and experience of guiding the development of internal control frameworks.
