Working within the Supervision Division for Jersey’s financial services regulator, this role will primarily be responsible for removing day-to-day administrative tasks from the Supervisors to help ensure they meet their legal regulatory obligations by being less burdened with administrative requirements. Duties to include excellent team calendar management, minute taking/tracking, efficient management of internal & external work schedules, and well-organisation prioritisation of tasks and engagement with Supervisors. This role would suit someone with strong interpersonal skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
