Working at the Channel Islands’ go-to provider of telecommunications and broadband services where you will lead the coordination of the workload with the on-shift Technicians, perform and receive escalations whilst on shift, and mentor other SOC team members. Duties to include handling calls to and from enterprise customers, troubleshooting and triaging faults, and leading the team during major escalations as required. Applicants to hold Network+, Cisco CCENT or equivalent IT qualification, and have minimum 2 years’ experience working in Customer Service.
