A very rewarding role working alongside social care staff for the improved outcomes of the island’s most vulnerable children and families. Reporting to the Business Enablement Manager, the successful candidate will provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative service across a broad range of areas. Duties to include arranging travel for staff, young people and their families, administer petty cash and issue food vouchers, process invoices and other financial requests as required, and arrange and attend multi-agency meetings between Social Workers and other partner agencies. Applicants to have a strong ability in using Microsoft Office and previous experience working in an administration role.
