Associate Director (Private Capital Fund Accounting)

Our client is seeking an Associate Director to hold responsibility for the set-up/on-boarding and subsequent ongoing accounting, administration, corporate services and investor services to Private Capital Funds. Applicants will have a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA) and experience working within in private equity fund administration and will have previously worked in people management. The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of fund accounting practices, fund structures, fund regulation, corporate governance and a strong ability in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
