A superb opportunity to carry out Company Secretarial Administration at one of the Channel Islands’ largest and most progressive fund administrators. Under the direction of a Client Relationship Manager, the role holder will assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, shareholder meetings and drafting minutes for routine meetings. They will also maintain accurate minute log records and process director/shareholder changes. The successful candidate will be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Certificate level or equivalent) and must have strong computer literacy skills and good attention to detail.
