Team Leader - Clinical Housekeeper

Exciting opportunity. Our client is looking for a new Team Leader to lead a team of Clinical Housekeepers. Working 37.5 hours a week, to provide cover on a rota basis for the hours of 7am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday, working 5 days in 7. The purpose of the role is to lead on all aspects relating to the efficient and effective housekeeping operations. The role will deliver a high standard of cleaning and laundry services at all times. The post holder will lead a small housekeeping team, setting and delivering exceptional standards, leading from the front and by example using knowledge and a can-do positive attitude. The post holder will be involved in the recruitment, performance management, and training and development of the team, ensuring the housekeeping needs are met. In addition, the post holder will provide exceptional cleaning services for clinical areas, including the In-Patient unit and other nonclinical areas as defined, adhering strictly to rules regarding health and safety and company related policies and practices.
