Working at the Channel Islands’ go-to provider of telecommunications and broadband services you will be an important member of the frontline support team. You will champion valued business customers using excellent organisation and communication skills. The role entails triage, troubleshooting and prioritising faults based on understanding customer impact, tracking fault reports, contributing to relevant projects and assisting with routine network maintenance operations.
In addition, you will understand and comply with licence and regulatory rules and Data Protection Law. The successful candidate will be required to work on a 24x365 shift rota and to provide a satisfactory Basic Police Disclosure.
