Crewing Associate

A fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a rapidly expanding global professional services provider as part of their Marine and Aviation Services team. The role holder will support the team with the delivery of Crew Management Services to in house companies, third party clients and white label services. The role responsibilities will grow and adapt to changing needs however the core duties include but are not limited too; payroll processing, contracting seafarers, certification verification, bookkeeping and drafting Company minutes/general Company administration. This is an extremely varied and exciting role and the successful candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office as well as having previous customer service experience. Previous experience of using a crew management system and a background in maritime, bookkeeping or payroll is advantageous.
