Our client is seeking a Complaints Handler to work within their busy banking team on an ongoing temporary basis. You will play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships, taking ownership of complaints and making sure that the nature of the complaint is fully investigated and dealt with accordingly. Applicants will be adept at administration and possess excellent customer service skills.
