Associate (Dispute Resolution)

Working within Dispute Resolution, you will be responsible for all aspects of the preparation and conduct of proceedings of all kinds in courts and other tribunals, including insolvency proceedings. You will also provide advice on all matters involving disputes or potential disputes, the enforcement of rights/obligations and the interpretation of legal documents/legislation. The successful candidate must be a qualified Lawyer with 1-4 years’ post qualification experience.
