This is a diverse role for a Company Secretarial Administrator within the Fund and Corporate Services Department, which is pivotal to the business and is integral in establishing the company’s reputation as a client focused business who meet and exceed client expectations. Day-to-day duties include providing Company Secretarial services to an allocated client base, arranging/attending client board meetings, taking minutes and maintaining corporate records. Applicants must hold, be studying towards or willing to study towards ICSA qualification and have proven Company Secretarial experience.
