This is a hands on role for an Analyst to join the Corporate Services team and provide crucial support to customers and colleagues in contact centres. Duties will include investigating queries, providing coaching/support to increase efficiency, logging incidents, identifying trends and reviewing ineffective processes. The successful candidate must have experience analysing/using performance data and an understanding of contact centre operations and performance metrics.
