Entry-level role for a Junior Helpdesk Analyst to identify, analyse and resolve a variety of technical issues in order to provide first level support services for all lines of business. Duties will include tracking support tickets, giving clear direction to non-technical customers and performing troubleshooting of desktops/laptops/ printers/scanners. The successful candidate must have a basic understanding of applications/infrastructure systems and the ability to work well within a team.
