Claims Manager

Working as a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Claims Handlers to ensure all client needs are met. The role will entail acting as the line manager to the team, assisting in the training of junior staff members, developing relationships both internally and externally and also motivating the team to meet their objectives. The ideal candidate would have experience in a managerial position as well as experience within Claims handling.
