Closing Case Officer

Our client seeks a Closing Case Officer to complete day-to-day activities involved in the closing of client structures once a formal request for action has been received. Duties will include agreeing a plan for transfer out, reviewing due diligence and raising initial termination fee. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of legal/regulatory/industry requirements in each jurisdiction and excellent decision making skills.
