Real Estate Accountant (7 Month Contract)

We have a contract vacancy for a Real Estate Accountant, to provide “business as usual support” whilst our client’s team is implementing a new accounting software/property management package. Duties will include preparing annual accounts in accordance with UK GAAP, liaising with property managers and preparing lease incentive calculations. Applicants must have a strong academic background and excellent communication/organisational skills.
