Managed Services Consultant

Our client, an information technology and digital solutions company, is seeking a Managed Services Consultant (3rd Line Support) to join its award-winning Managed Services team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Managed Services and will act as an escalation point for high priority and complex requests, delivering high level technical support to clients. Applicants must hold a Category B driving licence and will have previous experience in a similar role or several years in a Level 2/Senior Technician role.
