In this contract role as a Customer Service Analyst, you will provide crucial support to customers and colleagues in delivering legal information to Auditors. Duties will include investigating queries, providing coaching, producing documents and logging incidents. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, the ability to analyse/use performance data and excellent Microsoft Office skills.
