Our client, a leading provider of specialised international financial services across multiple jurisdictions, is seeking a Front of House Administrator to provide a welcoming and professional reception/telephone service to clients, visitors and employees, along with high-quality administrative support to various departments. Duties will include operating the switchboard, booking meeting rooms, managing post and making taxi reservations. Applicants must have excellent communication and organisational skills, basic knowledge of Excel and intermediate knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
