Team Leader, Adult Mental Health Services

A superb opportunity for a registered Mental Health Nurse within the Adult Mental Health Service on the beautiful island of Guernsey, Channel Islands. The role holder, in conjunction with other members of the multi-disciplinary team, will be responsible for the delivery of high quality mental health care to service users. Team leaders will follow a recovery-focussed model of care that promotes close teamwork, and liaison and partnership with other mental health services and agencies as required. This position requires a candidate who is a registered mental health nurse with strong communication/interpersonal skills and evidence of CPD at Diploma Level.
