Technical Specialist, Banking and Insurance

A superb opportunity for a senior compliance/legal/financial services professional at the island’s finance industry regulator. The Technical Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of effective and timely investigation and enforcement action in respect of licencees within the Banking and Insurance division. Applications from individuals with legal practice, forensic investigations or relevant regulatory experience, ideally with experience of managing complex investigations, undertaking critical analysis of varied information and report writing, would be welcomed. A good level of understanding of the public role of a regulator in an international financial services centre would also be beneficial.
