This is a hands-on role for a Guernsey-based Field Service Engineer, with responsibility for providing Tier 2 engineering support and dealing with on-site customer technical requirements. Duties will include processing service orders and/or case tickets, ensuring defects are fully resolved within agreed SLAs and covering Retainer duties when required. The ideal candidate will have a good base knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall, Security Voice, Consumer, Structured Cabling, Private Circuit products and other technologies.
