Retail Sales Advisor

Reporting to the Retail Outlet Supervisor, in this role you will sell products/services to customers, provide guidance/advice/technical support and deliver an excellent customer experience. Duties will include acting as first point of contact for customers, logging faults/service requests and maximising sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and previous experience in a customer facing environment.
