Associate – Corporate (Mergers and Acquisitions)

Our client, a leading offshore law firm, is seeking an ambitious and personable Associate to join the Mergers and Acquisitions practice area of their prestigious Corporate team in Jersey. In this role you will deliver a high quality/expert service to clients, advise on some of the most cutting-edge work taking place in the offshore world and get involved with a variety of transactional matters. The successful candidate will have an excellent academic background, a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and the right blend of experience/ambition.
