Senior Finance Manager (Trading)

A superb, senior accounting opportunity within the Public Sector for a qualified and experienced commercial accountant, ideally with some trading entity experience. The post holder will be assigned to the Trading Supervisory Board as a senior member of its Finance team. Specialising in financial analysis and planning activities across the various business units, the incumbent will provide excellent, value-adding financial support to a wide range of projects in support of the Department’s strategic objectives. The role holder will also deputise for the Finance Business Partner when required. This role calls for a candidate with a recognised industry qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, CIPFA), with significant senior financial experience, a proven ability to analyse and present financial data and advanced financial modelling skills, with experience of undertaking scenario analysis. Strong interpersonal and management skills are also key.
