We have an exciting new opportuntity for an experienced Helpdesk specialist to join a highly regarded Global Investment Company. Responsibilities include providing first-line technical support to all employees, monitoring and managing the helpdesk ticketing system, maintaining a deep understanding of the organisation's technology stack, participate in the onboarding and offboarding process and provide after-hours and on-call support as needed. Candidates should possess at least 3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in a financial services environment.
