Working on a rota basis, in this role you will support the Customer Support Centre Manager in the efficient and effective running of the team. Duties will include arranging recruit training/induction, organising daily workloads and supporting the appraisal process. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a customer facing role and demonstrate an interest in current and future technology.
