IT Support Analyst

A leading financial and fiduciary services business registered and regulated in Guernsey is seeking an IT Support Analyst to assist in a busy team. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who can assist the IT Manager in 2nd and 3rd line technical support, which will involve answering support queries and resolving in a helpful and timely manner. The successful candidate will assist in the build and maintenance of computer equipment and peripherals, provide project support and support for servers and server systems. This role ideally requires a candidate with previous relevant experience and good working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, MS Office 365 products and basic printer/mobile phone maintenance, however full support and training will be provided.
