Regulatory Counsel

Our client, a vibrant and exciting global Fintech organisation has an opportunity for a Regulatory Counsel to join their growing team. Duties will include providing expert legal advice on marketing matters across jurisdictions, advise on tax, marketing and corporate matters including cross-border transactions, draft and review policies and develop strategies to prevent and resolve disputes fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Candidates should possess experience in investment services, e-commerce, online marketing, have a strong understanding of fintech regulations and basic tax laws and be able to communicate complex legal concepts effectively.
