We have an exciting new opportunity for a dedicated individual to join as a Customer Experience Delivery Partner for a leading provider of energy solutions. Duties will include leading and supporting a schedule of continuous improvement projects and initiatives informed by insights, create comprehensive customer journey maps in collaboration with key stakeholder departments, and create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics. Candidates need to be engaging and driven with a customer centric mentality, possess excellent time management and the abiity to work collaboratively.
