As an Enterprise Support Engineer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for the operational delivery of our client’s portfolio of Enterprise managed services, which includes managed networks, firewalls, operating systems and cloud services. In this role you will act as the first escalation point for incidents, identify the root cause of problems, service requests and execute changes. The successful candidate will hold CCNA or comparable network related certification or have the ability to gain such in the short term and must have some experience of working with IP routing and switching environments.
