Our client, a highly reputable offshore legal practice, is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their Governance Services team in Guernsey, who provide a high quality corporate and fiduciary administration service to a portfolio of clients. The role holder will undertake a wide variety of duties, meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines, recording time and managing WIP and debt collection, ensuring at all times that client relationships are managed and nurtured. This role will require a candidate with a strong academic background and a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA at foundation level, or higher. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, knowledge of specialist legal industry software (e.g. Practice Management Systems (Elite), Document Management Systems (Worksite) and Viewpoint) would be an advantage.
