What you’ll be doing
⭐ Negotiate and sell tailor-made luxury holidays to trade clients
⭐ Plan and calculate high-quality itineraries with precision and attention to detail
⭐ Manage all aspects of reservations, including documentation, administration, and post-travel follow-up
⭐ Exceed client expectations through outstanding service and proactive problem-solving
What you’ll bring
⭐ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a reservations or travel operations role
⭐ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
⭐ Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations
⭐ Self-motivated, able to work independently, and take ownership of client trips
⭐ Confident sales manner and ability to build strong client relationships
