In the role you’ll work closely with brokers and sub-agents to grow the business. You’ll identify new opportunities, strengthen relationships, and ensure our underwriting team delivers high-quality service. You’ll also contribute to business strategy, helping to drive performance and maintain our reputation for excellence.
You will work with the Performance Manager to meet and exceed business targets. Develop and manage relationships with brokers, identifying new business opportunities. You will also, support underwriters in securing policies that align with company goals.
You will need relevant professional qualifications and a minimum 5 Years relevant experience gained in a relationship management role. As well as, experience of leading and managing in a customer focused and performance driven environment is preferred.
