What you’ll be doing
⭐ Assess and analyse risks, set policy terms, and make underwriting decisions aligned with business goals
⭐ Develop new business through brokers and manage existing client portfolios
⭐ Monitor performance, identify trends, and support process improvements
⭐ Collaborate with the team on projects and foster a positive, high-performing culture
What you’ll bring
⭐ 5+ years’ experience in a trading role within general insurance
⭐ Relevant qualification (or working towards one) such as DIP CII
⭐ Strong track record in meeting business targets and delivering customer-focused results
⭐ Experience with B2B/B2C, team leadership, and process improvement
