Join a leading Channel Islands tax team providing local and international compliance and advisory services. We’re looking for a Tax Manager to manage a varied client portfolio, lead a team of associates, and deliver strategic tax solutions across Financial Services and other sectors.
What you’ll be doing
⭐ Manage a portfolio of clients, providing both tax compliance and advisory services across local and international matters
⭐ Lead and develop junior staff, delegating work, monitoring progress, and coaching team members
⭐ Contribute to projects covering corporate taxation, transfer pricing, economic substance, Pillar II, fund reporting, and international tax risk
⭐ Expand business networks and develop new opportunities through client relationships and internal collaboration
⭐ Support team initiatives including tax technology solutions, financial management, and wellbeing projects
What you’ll bring
⭐ Qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent, ideally with Financial Services experience
⭐ Experience in UK or Commonwealth corporate taxation, international tax principles, and compliance/advisory work
⭐ Proven ability to manage and develop junior staff while delivering high-quality client service
⭐ Strong communication, commercial awareness, and adaptability to new jurisdictions
